We bring the samples, measure and give you the exact installed price on the spot. Compare colors in your lighting and review preparation, transitions and your chosen collection together.
Install, usually 2–3 days, haul-away and baseboards included. Preparation, curing and intricate layouts may take longer; your schedule and agreed scope are confirmed at the visit.

Most of the luxury vinyl flooring collections we install are priced per square foot at your in-home visit, with removal, leveling and baseboards included in one number. Because we measure your home during the free visit, the price you receive is the exact installed price — no estimates that grow later.
Most whole-house projects (minimum 400 sq ft) are completed in 2–3 days, and you can walk on your new floor the same day we finish.
We review the existing floor, moisture-control needs, doorway heights and furniture access before scheduling. Your written proposal identifies the chosen materials and preparation so the final installed price reflects your home, not a generic room.

Yes. The rigid-core vinyl planks we install are 100% waterproof, which makes them ideal for South Florida kitchens, bathrooms and homes near the coast where humidity and spills are part of daily life.
Most whole-house vinyl plank installations take 2 to 3 days, including removal of the old floor, subfloor preparation and new baseboards. Smaller projects can often be finished in a single day.
In many cases, yes. If the existing tile is sound and level, we can prepare and level it and install the new vinyl plank over it, which saves demolition time and cost. We confirm this during the in-home visit.
Yes. Our crew handles furniture moving, removal and haul-away of the old flooring, so you do not have to arrange a separate disposal service.
