1. Book a free in-home visit
Start by booking a free visit at your home. Our mobile showroom comes to you with samples, so there is no store trip to fit into your schedule. Let us know your city, ZIP code, approximate square footage and the rooms you want to update. If a collection has caught your eye, mention it when arranging the visit.
Compare samples in the rooms where the floor will go. Look at them beside cabinets and furniture, and consider how the color works across connected spaces. We can discuss product specifications and your priorities while you see the options in real lighting. Our minimum project size is 400 sq ft.
2. Measure and receive the exact price in the same visit
We measure the installation area and review the condition of the existing floor. The conversation covers preparation, transitions, baseboards and any stairs or access considerations. The purpose is to define the project before work begins, not leave important details for installation day.
You receive one installed price for the agreed scope during the same visit — no surprises. Starting prices on collection pages are only a guide; your quote reflects your selected product and the actual work involved. Ask us to walk through what is included so that you can compare the proposal with a clear understanding of the scope.
3. Installation in 2–3 days for most whole-house projects
Once the project is confirmed and scheduled, the installation crew handles removal, leveling, installation, baseboards and haul-away. Furniture moving is included. We discuss how to prepare the home and arrange access ahead of time, including any building rules that may affect delivery or working hours.

The schedule depends on the size of the home, preparation needed and the agreed work, so we confirm timing for your project rather than treating every floor as identical. Planning access and room use beforehand helps you understand what to expect while the crew is working.
Before you book
Have a rough area measurement if you know it, but do not worry about producing an installation drawing. We take measurements during the visit. Share photos or questions about the existing floor if they help explain your plans, and tell us about furniture or access concerns early.
