What to consider when reading flooring reviews

Choosing an installer involves more than comparing floor colors. As you read feedback, consider the parts of the experience that matter to your home: communication before work begins, understanding the installation scope and knowing how a project will move through occupied rooms. Your questions during the estimate visit can help connect those priorities to your own plans.

A review describes another customer’s experience, not a promise that every home has the same conditions. Room size, existing flooring, access and preparation can differ. Use feedback as one part of your research alongside the product specifications and the installed scope discussed for your property.

Our process starts with a free in-home visit. The mobile showroom brings samples to your home, we measure the planned area and you receive an exact installed price during the same visit. There is no showroom or walk-in location. Seeing the materials at home helps you compare them against your lighting and furnishings.

Most whole-house projects take 2–3 days, with a minimum project size of 400 sq ft. Our installation crews handle removal, leveling, installation, baseboards and haul-away, with furniture moving included. We discuss the planned work and practical access details before installation is scheduled.
